Teaching him young! Jason and I are firm believers in philanthropy of any kind; our goal is that our children will have the same strong value. So we entered Gavin into his first charity run/walk. Sunday was the
Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure. Patti, Gavin, and Barb all walked the 5K and Jason came out to cheer us on.
Apparently they don't get a lot of size 2T walkers, so Gavin was swimming in his shirt.

It was a beautiful day, a little warm - but better than rain!

Gavin's first walk wouldn't be complete without a nap. Yes, he fell asleep about 1/2 way through the walk. The stroller was hot and uncomfortable so he wanted mom's shoulder.
